Birdware -- Hand built

All Bluebird functional ceramics are food safe (food safe glazes, and normal use for liquids and food solids).  All Bluebird art and decorative pieces will arrive with care instructions, but we do not recommend serving food in decorative pieces.  We do not recommend dishwashers for hand-made ceramics.  Hand washing your pieces will make them last longer so you can love using them daily.   Bluebird vessels suitable for oven cooking -- casseroles, serving platters, baking pans -- are oven safe up to 450 degrees F.   Cups and plates may be used in the microwave, according to manufacturers recommendations.  Handles and ceramic stoneware materials get hot in cooking processes. Use potholders and care when removing hot items from any oven.

Ceramics are breakable.  If your shipped purchase arrives broken, we will replace it if you contact us within 30 days of receipt.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price of your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
